To protect your personal information we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices and date encryption standards to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
We collect names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses on the Booking Form. This Booking Form is used to gather information about your cat/s, and about yourself, in order for us to be able to provide the best service we can, to you and your cat/s, in all aspects of the care we provide. It is also used to enable us to handle repeat bookings in the easiest and most efficient way.
This contact information is only accessible by Heather De Wulf and Patrick Sygrove.
The data we collect is not used for any other purpose
We take the minimum amount of personal data necessary to provide our service to you. This data will be retained for the minimum length of time necessary for us to provide a continuing service to you, and will be permanently deleted if and when you tell us that you no longer require the service.
Where you provide us with an ‘alternative contact’ name, address and phone number, please ensure that you have asked the person’s permission for you to give us this information.
This person is welcome to ask to see, and have a copy of, this Privacy and Data Protection Policy
